- Type in your email address and your provided password.
- Click the submit button

- Click the "Profile" link at the top of the header bar at anytime
- Click Account Profile to view your current profile
- You may change any of the information in your profile at any time, simply click "Update Profile" when you have completed the changes
- Click "Change User Password" to change your current password. Type in your new chosen password and click submit. Keep in mind, it is case sensitive.

- Click on "Order Summary" link at the top of the header bar at anytime
- To view/edit Past, Current, or Unfinished orders and the details of each, click on the link under the "Action" column within the either section
- You may sort your information by PO Number or Order Date by clicking on the respective links within the Order Summary header
- You may view the details of specific pieces of each individual order by clicking on the numerical links within "Total Pairs, Back Order Pairs, Pending Pairs, Shipped Pairs, and Cancelled Pairs" columns

- Click on "Place Order" link at the top of the header bar at anytime
- You may choose a selected style of shoe or use the Advanced Search section
- Simply click on the shoe of choice, click on the desired width(s) box(es) for the desired shoe(s) then click the "Order" button
- Fill in the quantity of pairs you would like to purchase within the desired size grid.
- You may continue shopping by clicking "Continue Ordering" link or you may click "Shopping Cart" to continue the current purchase, this will bring you to your Order Summary
- You may edit or delete any order you currently have in this section. If you are satisfied, click the "Checkout" link

- Once you have "Checked Out" you may enter all the necessary shipping information required including the ship to address and the method of shipment
- You can view the current order by clicking "View Order" button anytime
- You can change the current order by clicking "Change Order" button anytime
- If satisfied with the current order and shipping information, click the "Submit" button and your order will be processed.

- Once you have submitted any order, you will receive a PO Number and an instant email letting you know that the order has been received and if there are any problems.
